Applicants
- One application qualifies you for various available units
- We screen your application to ensure that you and the property are a match
- We explain all aspects of the lease agreement to make sure you understand all the terms
- At the owner's discretion, we will accept Section 8 and government sponsored programs
- First month's rent and all security deposits are required prior to move-in
Application Requirements
What we need from you:
- Application - Fully completed
- Copy of drivers license for each applicant
- Proof of income (must show income equal to 2x monthly rent)
- $50.00 for application (one fee covers up to 2 applicants- additional applicants $30)
Additional documentation may be required in special circumstances

Rent
- Rent is due and payable by the first of the month
- A late fee of $75.00 is assessed if rent is not received as per the rental agreement (additional fees may apply)
- We do not accept cash or personal checks as forms of payment
